About Innershift
When Change Needs a Different Approach
There comes a point where familiar ways of changing no longer work.
You can be capable, self-aware, and outwardly successful — and still feel an internal misalignment. A sense that who you are becoming no longer fits the life you’ve built.
Innershift exists to meet that moment.
This work is not about fixing what is broken.
It is about responding to what is already shifting.
What Innershift Is
Innershift is a deep, integrative approach to identity-level change.
It brings together neuroscience-informed practice, subconscious change work, psychotherapy, coaching, and integrative spiritual insight — not as separate tools, but as one coherent way of working with transformation.
This approach allows change to emerge from within, rather than being imposed or engineered.
The work is steady.
The pace is deliberate.
The focus is alignment.
My Role
My role is not to advise, motivate, or direct you.
It is to create the conditions in which an internal reorganisation can occur — safely, intelligently, and in a way that feels deeply your own.
I work with people at points of transition where insight alone is no longer enough, and familiar strategies no longer reach the place where change is needed.
This work respects complexity.
It does not rush resolution.
How I Work
Change at this level does not come from doing more.
It comes from allowing internal systems — cognitive, emotional, and embodied — to recalibrate.
The Innershift process supports:
-
The release of patterns that no longer serve
-
The formation of new internal reference points
-
Decisions and direction that arise with clarity and steadiness
This is not about becoming someone new.
It is about becoming congruent.
How the Work Unfolds
The Innershift Experience is not a programme to complete or a method to follow.
It is a period of work that unfolds in response to what is already shifting internally.
Rather than working to a fixed structure, sessions are guided by:
-
What is emerging in the moment
-
Where internal friction or misalignment is being felt
-
What needs to be integrated, rather than resolved
The pace is intentional.
Nothing is rushed.
Change is allowed to settle at depth.
This work draws on neuroscience-informed change work, subconscious approaches, psychotherapy, coaching, and integrative spiritual practice — not as separate techniques, but as one coherent process.
The emphasis is on:
-
Creating internal safety for change
-
Allowing old patterns to loosen naturally
-
Establishing new internal reference points
-
Supporting clarity, steadiness, and congruence
Change is not forced.
It is supported.
Who This Work Is For
Innershift is for people who:
-
May have already done significant inner work and are looking for the next step
-
Are functioning well, yet feel internally misaligned
-
Sense that a deeper shift is underway
-
Are ready for change that is embodied and lasting
It is not self-improvement.
It is not crisis support.
It is work for those who feel ready to meet themselves honestly, at depth.
Professional Background
My work is informed by psychotherapy, BWRT® and other neuroscience-based approaches, coaching, and integrative spiritual practice, alongside many years of experience supporting deep and lasting personal transformation.
This breadth allows the work to be both precise and spacious — grounded in professional training while remaining responsive to the lived reality of change.
