Experience and background
I’ve spent over 20 years helping people create meaningful change.
My background includes psychotherapy, coaching, BWRT® Level 3, subconscious change work, clinical hypnotherapy, mindfulness, and nervous system-based approaches.
Over the years I’ve worked with people from many different backgrounds, including professionals, creatives, performers, business owners, and people navigating significant turning points in life.
